The Morimoto games are probably lost forever simply because no one cared to make them available via Internet when they were released. Apart from them, there existed quite a few of other Sailor Moon games for X68000 released by different companies and all of them are probably lost also. *Maybe* there is someone in Japan who have kept the games since the time of their release, but there's no way for me to find them.
